 Business Development
• Establish logistics strategy and maintain functional responsibility for all warehouses and distribution centers worldwide – set-up 3 strategic distribution centers throughout China.
• Lead in the development of improved warehouse management systems, distribution logistics and procedures for Pan China.
• Work closely with all business units worldwide. Advise and support the implementation of logistics solutions to their inventory distribution needs.
• Spearhead e-commerce and e-retailing to a leadership position in the China market.
• Good understanding of logistics barriers and hurdles within China and provide workable solution in resolving them.
• With the Custom Broker License and the Certified Public Logistics License in China.

 Business Relationship
• Initiate and develop relationships with external service providers to ensure compliance and competitiveness in relation to traffic regulations and leading edge logistics solutions.
• Periodic performance reviews with providers to enhance supply chain effectiveness.
• Close working business relationships with China custom and Chinese governmental authorities – developed various first-of-its-kind processes to facilitate effective cross-provinces business strategies.
• Close business relationship with major key customers to ensure topmost delivery performance.
• Shipments and sales into Greater China have gone up by seven folds within 7 years of initial entry.

• Worked with XY-Waigaoqiao (WGQ) FTZ Customs to press a more efficient supply flow for out-of-town bonded goods delivery in 2004. It breaks the traditional bonded transfer model to allow using Non-Bonded Truck for the bonded cargo, and saved the delivery cycle-time between XY and WGQ at that year.

• Working with suppliers to open a new flow for the China Distribution Center Plan. Currently, the blueprint has worked out and if succeed again, then a great project again.

The projects were so transcendent at that time and made the businesses were more smooth and efficient. Of cause, manage the 3PL providers to make the smooth transition is the daily work.
